1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the kera3 website accessible at kera3.cam, including all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, APIs, and integrated gaming content.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the kera3 registration process.
• "Player Balance" means the aggregate of funds deposited by a Player, less any wagers placed, plus any winnings credited, and subject to any applicable bonus restrictions.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or entry placed by a Player on any betting market, casino game, slot, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, or other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or any other non-cash incentive awarded by kera3 to a Player under a specific promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process that kera3 conducts in accordance with its international licensing obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be bet before any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Country" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the kera3 Platform is explicitly restricted under applicable international law.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the currency in which all player balances, deposits, and withdrawals on kera3 are denominated.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the kera3 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained for the duration of your Account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. kera3 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. Age will be verified during the KYC process, and any Account found to have been opened by a minor will be permanently closed with all associated funds forfeited.
• Residency: You must be a natural person resident in Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by your personal domestic laws.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Non-exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, operator-imposed restriction, or court order that prohibits you from gambling.
• Personal Use: You must be registering and playing for your own personal recreational use only and not on behalf of any third party, employer, or business entity.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of kera3 services, you are required to register a Player Account. The following conditions govern the registration process:

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid and active email address, a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia, your date of birth, and your preferred Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) payment method.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual Player is strictly permitted to hold one (1) Account on the kera3 Platform. Creating duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. All duplicate Accounts will be closed, and any Player Balance or Bonus Funds held across such Accounts may be forfeited in their entirety.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. kera3 will never contact you by unsolicited communication requesting your password. You must notify kera3 immediately via email at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. kera3 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access that result from your failure to maintain appropriate account security.

3.4 Account Name Accuracy

The name registered on your kera3 Account must exactly match the name on the bank account, e-wallet, or payment instrument you use to make deposits and withdrawals. Discrepancies between registered names and payment instrument names may result in withdrawal delays or rejection pending investigation.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

kera3 is obligated under its international licensing framework to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process is mandatory and non-negotiable. kera3 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including at account registration, before processing any withdrawal, upon detection of unusual account activity, or following a significant change to account details.

4.1 Required Documentation

KYC verification typically requires submission of the following documents:

• A clear, full-colour copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk, Indonesian national identity card — is the preferred document for Indonesian residents).
• A selfie photograph of the Player holding their photo ID next to their face.
• Proof of payment method ownership — for example, a bank statement or screenshot of an e-wallet interface showing your registered name and account/phone number for BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, or ShopeePay.
• In cases requiring enhanced due diligence, kera3 may request proof of the source of funds deposited.

4.2 KYC Timeframes

kera3 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–72 hours of receiving complete documentation. During this review period, withdrawal requests may be held pending. If documentation submitted is incomplete, illegible, or inconsistent, the review period will restart from the point at which complete documentation is received.

5 Deposits

kera3 supports deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following local payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. kera3 reserves the right to adjust this threshold and will notify Players of any changes via on-Platform notice.
• Deposit Fees: kera3 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer charges, for which kera3 accepts no responsibility.
• Processing Time: Deposits via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited within 1–5 minutes during banking hours. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay are generally instantaneous.
• Own-Name Deposits Only: You may only deposit funds from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — whether bank transfers or e-wallets — are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned (less any applicable third-party processing charges) and a formal account review.
• Currency: All Player Balances on kera3 are maintained in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). kera3 does not currently accept deposits in any other currency.

6 Withdrawals

kera3 processes withdrawal requests to verified Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallets matching the name on your registered Player Account. The following conditions govern all withdrawals:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• KYC Prerequisite: Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until your Account has passed full KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC will be directed to submit the required documentation before their withdrawal can proceed.
• Process ing Time: Withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are processed within 1–4 hours during business hours (WIB, Monday–Friday 09:00–17:00, excluding Indonesian public holidays). E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) are typically processed within 15–60 minutes.
• Same-Method Rule: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. If you deposited via BCA, you must withdraw to your BCA account. This requirement is mandated by anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Bonus Wagering Requirements: If your Player Balance includes any Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements, you will not be able to withdraw until those requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Withdrawal Fees: kera3 does not charge withdrawal fees. Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own receiving charges, for which kera3 accepts no liability.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

kera3 periodically offers bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentive programmes to Players. Participation in these promotions is entirely optional but subject to specific terms and conditions published for each promotion. General bonus principles include:

• Opt-In Required: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Players must manually opt in to receive a bonus by selecting the relevant promotion at the time of deposit or by contacting support.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise specified. The standard wagering requirement is 30× (thirty times) the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus carries a Rp 3.000.000 wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as Roulette and Blackjack may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%). Specific contribution percentages are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet Restrictions: When wagering Bonus Funds, the maximum stake per bet/spin is capped at Rp 10.000 unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
• Time Limits: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements typically expire 30 days from the date of issuance. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your Player Balance.
• Bonus Abuse: kera3 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonuses in cases of suspected abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts, arbitrage betting strategies, or collusion with other Players.

8 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the kera3 Platform are subject to the following general rules:

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

kera3 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion, particularly in cases involving suspicious betting patterns, technical errors, or odds discrepancies. Acceptance of a wager is confirmed only when that wager appears in your "My Bets" transaction history with an official bet receipt number.

8.2 Settlement of Bets

Sports bets are settled based on official results provided by kera3's authorised data feed providers. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent third parties. Togel draws are settled based on the published draw results from the official draw operator. In the event of a dispute, kera3's interpretation of the result, as recorded in our transaction logs, is final and binding.

8.3 Voided Bets

Bets may be voided and stakes refunded if: an event is abandoned or postponed beyond its scheduled completion date, a technical error occurs that affects the integrity of a game or market, odds are published in error (e.g., incorrect pricing, incorrect participant listings), or kera3 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity.

8.4 Market Limits

kera3 imposes maximum win limits per bet, per market, and per day. These limits vary by product type and are displayed in the betting interface. Wagers that exceed these limits may be rejected or scaled down to the maximum permitted stake.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kera3 Platform. Engaging in any of these actions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Underage Gambling: Any attempt to access kera3 by a person under 21 years of age.
• Fraud or Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other stage.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account on the kera3 Platform.
• Collusion or Syndicate Play: Coordinating betting activity with other Players to exploit bonuses, manipulate markets, or engage in arbitrage strategies.
• Use of Bots or Automation: Employing automated software, scripts, or bots to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonuses through low-risk wagering strategies (e.g., betting red and black simultaneously on Roulette).
• Money Laundering: Using kera3 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising the illicit origin of those funds.
• Hacking or Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to kera3's systems, databases, or other Players' Accounts.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or e-wallet provider after a deposit has been credited to your Player Balance.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

kera3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Request by the Player for self-exclusion or account closure under kera3's Responsible Gaming programme.
• Prolonged account inactivity (defined as no login or wager for 365 consecutive days).

In cases of voluntary account closure, any remaining Player Balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to successful completion of KYC and provided that no Bonus Funds or unreleased winnings are outstanding.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kera3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of Player Balance or winnings due to technical failure, software malfunction, or network interruption.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Errors or delays in the settlement of bets or the processing of withdrawals.
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform for scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers that delay or prevent the transfer of funds.

kera3's aggregate liability to any Player for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the claim.

12 Intellectual Property

All content available on the kera3 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code, and software, is the exclusive property of kera3 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any part of the Platform without prior written consent from kera3.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

kera3 is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with international data protection standards. All personal information collected during registration, KYC, and ongoing account activity is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these terms, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and transfer of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14 Responsible Gaming

kera3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing problem gambling. All Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion parameters via their Account settings. 15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which kera3's international operating licence is issued. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be achieved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be escalated to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the licensing authority. Players agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against kera3.

16 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

kera3 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. All changes will be published on this page with an updated "Effective Date" at the top of the document. Material changes may also be announced via email or on-Platform notification. Your continued use of kera3 following the posting of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close your Account.
